  Refund policy

  • We will gladly accept any return which was received by the customer in damaged or faulty condition.
  • Damaged or faulty items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a short video and pictures at neckties.pk@gmail.com
  • Kindly make sure to check the accurate Blade size of your desired tie and if you’re still unsure you can contact us through Whatsapp or you can call us on the Given Numbers.
  • Full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, even if you simply don’t like the product. The tie must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • To start a refund or exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 0339-3952952.
  • The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. You only pay the delivery charges; the full product price is refunded.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

  Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving & inspecting the packaging of returned products.  

  Delivery

  1. We ship to all Pakistan.
  2. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
  3. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
