We want you to be happy with your tie. If it is not right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days.
7-day refund or exchange
- Full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, even if you simply don’t like the product.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You only pay the delivery charges; the full product price is refunded.
- Damaged or faulty items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo, so we can sort it out quickly.
How to return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0339-3952952 within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will confirm the return and share where to send the item.
- Once we receive it, we send your refund or your exchange item.
Delivery
- Cash on delivery all over Pakistan.
- Delivery charge Rs 240. Free delivery on orders over Rs 4,000 or on 5 or more ties.
- Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same business day. Delivery takes 2–4 days to major cities and 4–7 days to smaller towns.
