- We will gladly accept any return which was received by the customer in damaged or faulty condition.
- Damaged or faulty items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a short video and pictures at neckties.pk@gmail.com

- Full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, even if you simply don’t like the product. The tie must be unused and in its original packaging.
- To start a refund or exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 0339-3952952.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. You only pay the delivery charges; the full product price is refunded.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving & inspecting the packaging of returned products.
