Refund policy

  • We will gladly accept any return which was received by the customer in damaged or faulty condition.
  • Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange with a short video and pictures at [email protected]
  • Kindly make sure to check the accurate Blade size of your desired tie and if you’re still unsure you can contact us through Whatsapp or you can call us on the Given Numbers.
  • We will not entertain a return just because customer did not read the complete product description and ordered a tie of a not so desired Blade Size.
  • Refund & Exchange on not liking the product will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at [email protected] for your case to be reviewed.
  • Refund/Exchange will be made within 7 days. (If the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website).
  • The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving & inspecting the packaging of returned products.  

Delivery

  1. We ship to all Pakistan.
  2. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
  3. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
